Key Responsibilities. . Provide crucial administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Dutch.. . Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintain an efficient electronic filing system.. . Coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics for team members.. . Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and utilize strong problem-solving skills to address challenges.. . Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Dutch, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.. . Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance workflow and overall team efficiency.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. .
