We're looking for an experienced . Immigration Paralegal. to support a diverse caseload of family-based and humanitarian immigration matters. This role is ideal for a highly proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage cases independently and handle sensitive matters with care and professionalism.. Responsibilities:. Manage a caseload of immigration matters with minimal supervision . Prepare and file applications, petitions, and supporting documentation . Assist attorneys with case strategy and client communications . Maintain organized and accurate case files . Track deadlines and ensure timely filings with USCIS and EOIR . Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish . Gather and review supporting documents for completeness and accuracy . 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal . Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) . Strong experience handling: VAWA petitions, Asylum cases, Removal defense, EOIR matters, Adjustment of Status (AOS) and Marriage-based visas . Excellent case management and document preparation skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented . Proactive with the ability to anticipate case needs . Able to work independently with minimal oversight . Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills . Professional and empathetic when handling sensitive immigration matters .
