In this role, you will assist customers in Spanish with their telecommunications inquiries, helping them access and understand the services offered.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Provide assistance with service activation, billing issues, and troubleshooting technical problems.. . Help customers manage their accounts, including upgrades, changes to plans, and service cancellations.. . Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.. . Maintain updated knowledge of telecommunications products and promotions available to customers.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.. . Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications industry, is preferred.. . Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and clarity.. . Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer assistance.. .
