Recruiter at Freelance Latin America. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for a variety of remote roles across multiple functions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in recruitment who can effectively manage hiring pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support ongoing business growth.. Duties / Task to perform. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for remote roles across different business areas. . Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned with hiring needs. . Partner with internal stakeholders to define job requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles. . Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews and structured interviews. . Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns across relevant platforms. . Coordinate interview processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience. . Conduct candidate interviews and preparation sessions, assessing both technical and soft skills. . Support background checks, reference verifications, and employment validation processes. . Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle. . Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement. . Track and report recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality. . Manage candidate communications through shared inboxes and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner. . Minimum 4 years of overall professional experience. . At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles. . Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for remote roles. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. . Strong interviewing and evaluation skills, with the ability to assess both technical and soft competencies. . Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage candidate expectations and stakeholder relationships. . Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels. . Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools. .
