We're seeking a competent Executive Operations Assistant to support the founder of Wall Street Quants, an online education company. This role requires someone who combines operational excellence with strong research capabilities and strategic thinking. You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth research, managing critical operational processes, and handling complex administrative tasks that directly impact business growth.. What You'll Own. Strategic Research: Conduct comprehensive research on vendors, competitors, payment processors, market opportunities, and operational solutions with detailed analysis and recommendations. Billing & Revenue Operations: Manage all billing processes, payment reconciliations, dispute resolutions, and chargeback handling across multiple payment platforms. Compliance & Documentation: Handle tax filings, regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and maintain meticulous records across jurisdictions. Process Auditing: Regularly audit all operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements. Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and manage relationships with international vendors and service providers. Systems Organization: Transform and maintain Google Drive, documentation systems, and operational workflows. Course Operations Support: Monitor student success metrics, payment issues, and platform performance. Required Qualifications. Exceptional research skills with ability to navigate complex information and present clear findings. Experience with billing systems, payment processing, and financial reconciliation. Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail in auditing and documentation. Proven ability to work independently across multiple time zones. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Experience managing operations remotely with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity. Highly Valued Experience. Background in EdTech, online courses, or digital education platforms. Experience with international payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, etc.). Knowledge of dispute resolution and chargeback processes. Familiarity with US/UK/EU compliance and tax requirements. Experience with customer support and billing inquiries. LMS platform experience (Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi). Skills Assessment Required. Research project demonstrating analytical capabilities. Writing samples showing clear communication.
