Assist with data entry, preparation of documents, and maintenance of an organized electronic filing system.. . Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and handle logistics to ensure smooth operations.. . Address daily challenges proactively and demonstrate effective problem-solving capabilities.. . Communicate with clients and vendors in Dutch, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled effectively.. . Collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute positively to the team dynamic.. . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus..
