Partner with Recruiting Ops when performance improvement or replacements are needed. . Support retention efforts to reduce churn and maintain account stability. . 3. Operational Coordination. Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new placements. . Track contract terms, renewals, and scope adjustments. . Coordinate with Payroll & HR to resolve administrative matters efficiently. . Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and internal systems. . Ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements. . 4. Revenue Growth & Expansion. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. . Support clients in workforce planning and scaling decisions. . Partner with Sales to transition new accounts seamlessly into ongoing management. . Contribute to revenue retention and account expansion goals. . 5. Reporting & Strategic Insight. Prepare account health reports and performance summaries. . Track KPIs including retention, satisfaction, contractor tenure, and revenue per account. .
