Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines to support business analytics and reporting.. Implement scalable, automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading within a Data Mesh architecture.. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.. Act as a subject matter expert on data technologies and best practices.. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve data-related architecture and operational issues.. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including DBT models, reports, and data pipelines.. Ensure data quality through exploratory analysis, testing, and validation of data feeds.. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to optimize the availability and reliability of data.. Contribute to the governance of data warehouse practices, including coding standards, peer reviews, and documentation.. . 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse technologies.. Proficiency with DBT, Airflow, Fivetran/Stitch, SQL, and Looker/Tableau.. Strong experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and performance tuning.. Knowledge of modern data stack tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is essential; familiarity with Python is a plus..
