Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to design, test, and refine user experiences that improve onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement.. Develop design hypotheses, define success metrics, and use experimentation to validate and iterate on design concepts.. Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design direction and intent.. Contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring design consistency and scalability across the platform.. Conduct usability testing and user research to identify pain points and translate findings into actionable improvements.. Design contextual, data-driven experiences that surface relevant features and content to users at the right time.. Partner with teams across product areas to establish growth methodologies and best practices for improving user journeys and discoverability.. . Proven experience as a Product or Growth Designer, with a focus on user engagement, onboarding, or conversion optimization.. Strong understanding of product experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design principles.. Background or familiarity with the DevSecOps or SaaS environment.. Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.. Excellent visual design abilities, with a strong eye for detail and consistency within a design system..
