Design an . innovative, highly creative homepage. that redefines how people first experience Posh online. . Create . high-conversion marketing and product landing pages. that showcase Posh’s brand and product vision. . Collaborate closely with the frontend engineer to ensure your designs are implemented seamlessly in . Next.js and Vercel. . . Develop . pixel-perfect, responsive layouts. optimized for mobile and desktop. . Define and extend . design systems and component libraries. for consistent, scalable design execution. . Apply best practices in . UX, accessibility, and conversion optimization. . . Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business goals into effective landing page design strategies. . Use . data-informed design. —leveraging analytics, A/B tests, and user feedback to refine and improve pages. . Balance creativity with performance, ensuring designs are both groundbreaking and practical . . . 4+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on . web/landing page design. . . Strong portfolio that demonstrates . innovative, creative homepage and landing page designs. . . Mastery of design tools such as . Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. . . Deep understanding of . UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. . . Familiarity with . modern web technologies. (HTML, CSS, and how designs translate into frameworks like Next.js). . Experience with . A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and analytics tools. . . Ability to . think creatively and push beyond conventional design patterns. . .
