We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive growth and performance marketing analytics at a high-impact, fast-paced organization. In this role, you will lead the development of advanced marketing measurement systems, optimize customer acquisition and lifetime value, and mentor a team of data scientists. You will partner closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to connect marketing investments to measurable business outcomes. The role requires both technical expertise in marketing attribution and a strong strategic mindset to influence growth initiatives. You will define best practices for marketing analytics, design innovative experimentation approaches, and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. Lead the development and implementation of marketing measurement systems, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-touch Attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing.. . Establish and evangelize methodological standards for marketing analytics and causal inference.. . Build frameworks for Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC).. . Coach and mentor data scientists on advanced attribution techniques and growth analytics best practices.. . Lead geo-experimentation, matched market testing, and development of self-service dashboards for marketing performance monitoring.. . Collaborate with finance, marketing, and product teams to align analytics with business goals, optimize spend allocation, and monitor Return on Ad Spend (RoAS).. . Represent the data science team in strategic planning discussions and marketing budget evaluations.. . . 10+ years of professional experience in data science or analytics with strong proficiency in Python, SQL, or R.. . 3+ years of experience leading marketing analytics or growth-focused data science teams.. . Deep expertise in marketing attribution methodologies, including MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing.. . Experience in customer lifetime value modeling, cohort analysis, and marketing performance optimization.. . Proven ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations for marketing teams and executives.. . Strong experience with Bayesian hierarchical modeling, ridge regression, and other statistical modeling techniques.. . Excellent communication, business acumen, and leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams.. . Nice-to-have: experience in media or streaming industries, privacy-preserving measurement, econometric modeling, propensity modeling, or modern martech/CDP platforms.. .
