While demand fluctuates across different subjects, successful applicants will be pre-qualified and contacted immediately when specific Permanent, Fixed-Term, or Self-Employed Contractor opportunities matching their specialism arise.. This role offers you the chance to focus purely on what inspired you to become a teacher: teaching, learning, progress, and achievement. With administrative burdens removed and resources provided, you will deliver live online lessons to children and young people who need it most. During the application, we will ask you to specify your subject specialism and your preferred employment type and hours (full-time or a minimum of 3-4 days part-time).. Key Responsibilities:. Plan and deliver engaging, outcome-driven live lessons in your subject specialism.. Utilise the online platform effectively to create a positive learning environment.. Provide meaningful feedback that contributes to students’ progress.. Innovate and adapt curriculum materials to meet evolving student needs and educational standards.. UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is strictly required.. Proven teaching experience in a Secondary school environment within your subject specialism.. Ideally hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.. Must provide a current international police clearance for any periods spent working abroad within the last 5 years.. Strong digital literacy and the ability to build relationships remotely.. Experience and confidence in supporting students with additional needs (SEND, SEMH)..
