This full-time, remote role involves coordinating PPC campaigns, maintaining product listings, and analyzing performance data. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon marketplaces across multiple regions (US, UK, EU, AU). The successful candidate will coordinate PPC campaigns, maintain product listings, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and marketplace growth.. Manage and oversee Amazon marketplaces globally, ensuring consistency and optimization across all regions. Coordinate with external PPC agencies, managing campaigns and providing strategic input. Capture, evaluate, and report on key performance data to identify growth opportunities. Maintain and optimize product listings including titles, images, descriptions, keywords, and storefront content. Conduct regular audits of storefronts to ensure alignment with brand tone and content guidelines. Monitor pricing, promotions, customer reviews, ratings, and Q&A to maximize conversion and protect brand reputation. Suggest improvements to marketplace workflows, campaigns, and content strategies. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align Amazon activity with the overall brand strategy. Liaise with supply chain and operations to ensure inventory supports promotions and sales plans. Provide regular reporting to management with insights and recommendations. Perform other role-specific duties as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. 1+ years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts (Seller Central or Vendor Central). Strong understanding of Amazon operations including product listings, PPC, and storefront management. Experience coordinating PPC activity and working with external agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and ability to produce clear reports from data. Knowledge of A/B testing, advertising metrics, and data-driven optimization. Familiarity with affiliate platforms and linking influencer activity to marketplace campaigns. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
