Provide assistance with account management, billing questions, and service activation.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for follow-up and reporting.. . Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.. . Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in media and entertainment to provide informed support.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.. .
