Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Personal Lines. to join our client's team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone based in Latin America with prior U.S. insurance experience who can manage day-to-day client servicing for Personal Lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella). You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely service and strong retention, while supporting the senior team in focusing on commercial accounts.. Responsibilities:. . Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat for Personal Lines policies. . . Process endorsements, cancellations, ID cards, and certificates accurately and promptly. . . Assist with renewals by gathering documents, remarketing policies, and preparing quotes. . . Liaise with carriers regarding billing, coverage, and claims support. . . Maintain accurate client and policy records in carrier portals and CASA’s CRM (Monday.com). . . Provide proactive follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention. . . Support the CS&O Lead with onboarding, documentation, and additional tasks as needed.. . . Minimum 1 year of experience at an insurance agency or carrier (Personal Lines strongly preferred). . . Hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella). . . Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). . . Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. . . Tech-savvy: comfortable with carrier portals and CRM systems (Monday.com experience a plus). . . Reliable internet and ability to work fixed Pacific Time hours. . . Detail-oriented, self-managed, and able to work independently. . . Prior remote/virtual CSR experience is a plus.. . Company Location: Honduras.
