Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters, with a focus on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region;. . Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, while providing legal due diligence for potential investment opportunities;. . Ensuring legal compliance across all business operations and jurisdictions;. . Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks.. . What you will need:. . Master's degree in law;. . 3+ years of professional experience;. . Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+);. . Experience contributing to the continuous reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements;. .
