Assist the Key account manager in supporting the company to maintain a high-quality standard in the industry, solving concerns from the company’s key clients, and analyzing and preparing reports as needed.. . Develop an in-depth understanding of the needs and requirements of important clients and prepare tailored solutions.. . Prepare customized quotations for targeted accounts by applying the pricing policy and utilizing market intelligence.. . Create and maintain customer SOPs for key account clients.. . Conduct regular performance review meetings with Key Account clients.. . Track and t race the status of parcels and provide updates to Key account customers.. . Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on delivery/dispatch rates for key accounts.. . Analyze data and identify the causes for any issues based on tracking and tracing reports from key account customers.. . Prepare and send AR billing invoices/statements to customers on a weekly basis and follow up on any late payments.. . Review claims submitted by Key Account Customers.. . Take on additional tasks as assigned.. . Provide backup support to other team members when necessary.. . Qualifications. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.. . Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics industry(specifically small parcel last mile delivery).. . Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.. . Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.. . Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.. . Willingness to travel as required.. .
