Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in French.. . Educate customers about product features, best practices, and compliance requirements.. . Assist in troubleshooting client issues and liaise with technical teams to find solutions.. . Accurately document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.. . Collaborate with sales and product development teams to enhance customer experience.. . Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in biotechnology to provide informed assistance.. . . Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage.. .
