As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll join a high-energy sales team immersed in an exciting wine-centric culture. You'll assist customers across various channels—phone, email, and chat—helping them find the best wine products for their needs. This is an in-office position based in Valhalla, NY, offering a mix of base salary and commission. Candidates with a competitive spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service will thrive in this role.. Responsibilities. . Become an expert in Wine Enthusiast’s product catalog, including wines from WineExpress.com. . . Deliver an exceptional sales experience by accurately matching customers with suitable wine products and accessories. . . Handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously through tele-sales, email, and live chat. . . Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. . . Support sales efforts in both B2C and B2B markets through lead generation and prospecting. . . . Bachelor’s degree preferred. . . Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a professional environment. . . Willingness to work two Saturdays per month. . . Interest in wine is a plus, but not mandatory. . .
