Provide first- and second-tier troubleshooting for desktop, application, and network issues.. . Assist with onboarding new hires, including account setup, login credentials, and access privileges.. . Manage incident and request tickets from initiation to resolution, escalating when necessary.. . Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.. . Monitor call and email queues, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.. . Document processes and develop procedures for varying levels of support.. .
