The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment while managing essential office tasks.. Key Responsibilities:. Greet patients and visitors warmly, assisting them with their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits to ensure effective time management.. Handle patient registrations and verify insurance information to facilitate smooth administrative processes.. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files in accordance with HIPAA regulations.. Assist the clinical team in coordinating care and communicating with patients and families regarding services provided.. Process billing and payments, handling financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.. Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies..
