As a Data Researcher / Caller Scheduler, you will play a key role in building connections with property owners, scheduling appointments, and helping Account Managers drive business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, provide valuable insights, and support strategic initiatives. Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads to set appointments between property owners and Account Managers.. . Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to call scheduling and deal progression.. . Track and monitor origination activity to ensure a consistent and stable sales pipeline.. . Provide input on data mining, CRM optimization, and marketing initiatives to improve lead management.. . Assist in strategic initiatives and product design to strengthen market competitiveness.. . . Previous experience in a call-center sales or lead generation role.. . Strong ability to build rapport and foster relationships with prospects.. . Familiarity with financial concepts such as IRR and NPV.. . Knowledge of real estate closing processes is a plus.. .
