Assess fit against client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and existing customer success profiles to ensure high-quality connections.. . . Appointment Setting:. Schedule discovery calls and appointments with Account Executives (AEs) for qualified leads.. . . Initial Discovery:. Conduct preliminary discovery conversations, ensuring leads align with technical solutions and ICP before passing off to sales reps.. . . CRM Management:. Log outreach, track outcomes, and maintain clean data in HubSpot.. . . Collaboration:. Coordinate with the CEO and AEs to refine messaging and dialing strategies, and help teach reps how to efficiently move prospects through early sales-cycle phases.. . . Cold calling and email experience. . Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and social channels.. . Comfortable learning and explaining technical or complex products to non-technical audiences.. . Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented—driven by measurable outcomes and pipeline growth.. .
