Work hand in hand with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs. . Keep track of candidates and maintain organized records in our databases. . Assist throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience. . Share your creative ideas to help boost our recruitment strategies. . . You must be fluent in Swedish and English—language skills matter!. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential—let’s talk to people!. .
