We’re a rapidly scaling DTC apparel brand seeking a creative technologist who can turn AI video tools into thumb-stopping ads and social assets. You’ll own concept-to-delivery, transforming product stories into short-form videos that move KPIs, all while iterating at start-up speed.. Key responsibilities. Ideate, script, and produce 5-15 sec ad videos using Google Veo, Runway Gen-3, or similar generative models. Build bespoke prompts, fine-tune style presets, and layer in traditional motion-graphics techniques (After Effects, Premiere) to polish outputs. Stay on the bleeding edge of AI video workflows, recommending new tools and efficiencies. Editing and producing short-form ai video for TikTok, Reels, and Youtube Shorts.. Turning raw footage into engaging, polished clips - fast turnaround.. Collaborating with the team, taking creative direction, and iterating quickly.. Managing multiple projects and priorities as we move across channels.. Must-haves. 2+ yrs editing short-form/performance ads; portfolio of high-converting creative. Strong experience in AI video editing (tools like Runway, Descript, Pika, etc.). Proven portfolio of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
