We’re looking for strong and strategic regional Sales Managers to oversee either our East Coast or West Coast sales operations. Key Responsibilities. 1. Lead Generation / Marketing. Represent Scale Virtually at events, conferences, and webinars.. Build and manage affiliate and referral programs.. Run upsell and add-on campaigns to existing clients.. Launch regional cold calling, email campaigns, and drip sequences.. 2. Sales Execution. Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients.. Schedule and host Zoom discovery calls with prospects.. Present pricing structures (hourly rate + setup fee) and handle objections.. Use client testimonials and case studies to build trust and close deals.. 3. Lead Management. Qualify and track leads using HubSpot..
