Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) to streamline coding, debugging, and documentation tasks.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement scalable product experiences.. Integrate analytics, performance tracking, and logging to monitor and optimize system performance.. Take ownership of membership, payment, and content access systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.. Set technical direction for frontend and backend architecture, promoting engineering best practices.. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, pair programming, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.. Support QA processes, deployment workflows, and ongoing system enhancements.. 6–8 years of professional experience in full-stack engineering, contributing to both frontend and backend projects..
