You’ll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping graphics and short-form video edits tailored for paid social campaigns—primarily on Meta and TikTok. You’ll be crafting static creatives and light motion/video assets that help law firms stand out in competitive markets like personal injury, workers’ comp, and criminal defense. From thumb-stopping TikTok graphics to conversion-focused carousel ads, your work will directly influence ad performance and campaign outcomes.. Responsibilities:. . Design paid social graphics for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube (thumbnails/static only). . Edit short-form video clips and repurpose existing footage for all social ad use platforms (no heavy production required) with an emphasis on Meta and TikTok. . Collaborate with the Paid Ads team to interpret briefs, test variations, and optimize performance. . Conduct basic creative research and trend monitoring using tools like Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, etc.. . Stay current with ad design best practices, platform compliance, and direct-response creative trends. . Organize and manage creative templates and branded asset libraries. . Support rapid creative testing by producing multiple design variants per campaign. . . 2+ years of experience in social media design, digital advertising, or a related creative field. . Strong portfolio of paid social work—portfolio link required to apply. . Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere/After Effects is a plus). . Basic video editing skills (looping, text overlays, resizing, cutting to music). . Comfort designing within strict compliance or industry standards (legal experience is a bonus). . Attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. .
