Accountabilities. . Lead full lifecycle business analysis across strategic programs and high-impact projects.. . Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit, challenge, and refine requirements.. . Translate business needs into clear user stories, process models, and functional specifications.. . Drive process reengineering and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.. . Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery Managers to shape solutions and prioritize backlogs.. . Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging structured analysis and insights to guide decisions.. . Ensure requirements traceability throughout development, testing, and implementation phases.. . Support change management and business readiness activities for smooth adoption of solutions.. . Promote best practices in business analysis while mentoring junior colleagues and enhancing team capability.. . . At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role.. . Proven success delivering complex projects in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments.. . Strong expertise in business architecture, process modeling (BPMN), and requirements engineering.. . Background working with cross-functional teams in enterprise or regulated settings.. . Degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).. . IIBA or BCS (ISEB Diploma) certification preferred.. . Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with C-level executives.. . Advanced facilitation and negotiation abilities to align diverse perspectives.. . Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving mindset.. . Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and Google Suite.. .
