Integration Lead (Expert in Webmethods) at 700Apps. 700Apps is seeking an Integration Lead with expertise in WebMethods to guide our integration efforts and enhance our data connectivity solutions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and implementation of integration frameworks and serve as a subject matter expert for WebMethods. Your leadership will ensure that our integration processes are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.. Key Responsibilities:. . Lead the integration team in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using WebMethods.. . Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate those into effective technical solutions.. . Manage the integration lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment, ensuring high performance and reliability.. . Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members on best practices and WebMethods features.. . Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues while optimizing processes for improved efficiency.. . Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in WebMethods and integration technologies, applying new knowledge to enhance solutions.. . Document integration architectures, design patterns, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing.. . . Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.. . Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in integration engineering, with at least 3 years of expertise specifically in WebMethods.. . Strong understanding of API integration, including RESTful and SOAP protocols.. . Proficient in the WebMethods suite, including Integration Server, Designer, and API Gateway.. . Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# relevant to integration solutions.. . Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and foster a collaborative team environment.. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative integration solutions.. .
