Review and approve marketing content (email, web, social, print, video) for compliance with TILA, CAN-SPAM, UDAAP, and CFPB guidelines.. . Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver real-time compliance advice during campaign development.. . Contribute to policy creation and refinement of internal compliance procedures and training documents.. . Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and design solutions to mitigate exposure.. . Lead or support initiatives that streamline marketing review processes and enhance first-line defense capabilities.. . Stay current with regulatory changes and translate their impact into actionable updates for internal teams.. . . 3–4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or operational risk within the consumer lending or financial services sector.. . Strong knowledge of U.S. consumer lending laws and regulatory frameworks, with proven ability to interpret and apply complex legal requirements.. . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clear compliance recommendations to cross-functional partners.. . Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.. . Comfortable working under tight deadlines with precision and accountability.. .
