Network Design Engineer at Staff4Me. We are seeking a highly motivated Design Engineer to join our team. The Solution Design Engineer will play a crucial role in providing pre-sales technical support, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of customer feedback into product development. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer engagement to drive successful sales and implementation efforts.. Design Engineer:. · Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering customer inquiries.. · Work with customers to understand their requirements and design customized solutions that meet their needs.. · Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product improvements.. · Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials to support the sales process.. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.. · Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.. · Perform other duties as required.
