Develop intuitive dashboards and data visualization tools using Microsoft Power BI or similar platforms.. Create user-friendly interfaces and reporting solutions to visualize administrative and program data.. Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance of displayed data.. Support data modeling, database design, and cleansing processes for analytics and reporting.. Partner with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into visual insights.. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.. 2–3 years of experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI or equivalent tools.. Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and BI best practices.. Experience modeling and cleansing data for reporting purposes.. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams..
