Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts across different areas of the company, with a focus on partnerships and licensing; . . Acting on due diligence processes (suppliers, partners, and clients); . . Drafting legal feasibility opinions; supporting contract management across all business areas; . . Handling demands related to privacy and data protection; . . Contributing to business areas by providing cross-functional legal support; . . Developing and improving Legal Ops practices.. . Indispensable Requirements:. . Bachelor's degree in Law with an active OAB registration.. . Fluency in Portuguese.. . Advanced English proficiency (especially reading).. . Experience in contract review and negotiation.. . Practical knowledge of data privacy and protection (LGPD and compliance).. .
