The firm is headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices in Santa Ana and Dallas, and a growing global operations team based in the Philippines. . As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced HR Specialist based in the Philippines to take ownership of recruitment operations while supporting core HR administrative and onboarding functions. . The Role . This is a hands-on HR role for someone who has built and optimized recruitment systems in a fully remote environment. You are not simply executing tasks—you are expected to design, improve, and automate hiring workflows end to end. . You will coordinate the recruitment lifecycle while also supporting the HR department with operational responsibilities such as compliance maintenance, onboarding facilitation, documentation, reporting, and device management. The ideal candidate has made tangible, measurable improvements in previous roles and is comfortable working with AI-driven tools, automations, and project management platforms. . Key Responsibilities . Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Coordination) . Design and execute hiring plans aligned with departmental and business needs. . Draft and post engaging job advertisements across appropriate platforms. . Conduct first-line interviews and candidate screenings in a remote setting. . Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers and leadership. . Conduct reference checks, background checks, and role-specific assessments as needed. . Collaborate with the management team to plan and budget for hiring needs, ensure compliance with budget constraints, and research and recommend appropriate compensation and benefits for different roles. . Structure and prepare offer letters in coordination with HR leadership. . Manage candidate pipelines, documentation, and hiring timelines with precision. . Implement and maintain AI-powered recruitment tools, including: . Backend administrative setup . Workflow configuration . Automation rules and integrations . Continuously optimize recruitment processes for quality and efficiency. . Demonstrate clear, tangible improvements in hiring efficiency, candidate quality, or time-to-fill based on prior experience. . HR Operations & Administrative Support . Support ongoing HR compliance maintenance and internal audits. . Gather, organize, and maintain employee and contractor HR documentation. . Assist with device management and access coordination for new and existing team members. . Prepare and submit monthly HR and recruitment reports, including hiring metrics and status updates. . Onboarding, Training & Internal Enablement . Play an active role in onboarding new hires, ensuring all tools, system access, and documentation are ready on Day One. . Coordinate onboarding tasks using monday.com, ensuring accountability and completion. . Create and maintain training materials using Loom and Canva, including process walkthroughs and internal guides. . Support training coordination and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams. .  . Required Qualifications & Skills . Experience: . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar.. 3–5 years of HR and recruitment experience, with significant exposure to remote hiring environments. . Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently. . Recruitment Systems & Technology: . Hands-on experience with AI-powered recruitment tools such as Workable (or similar), including backend configuration and workflow setup. . Direct back-end experience with Rippling or similar PEO systems. . Demonstrated experience building or improving recruitment automations for operational efficiency. . Process & Project Management: . Strong working knowledge of monday.com for recruitment tracking, onboarding coordination, and HR projects. . Ability to document, systematize, and improve HR processes. . Communication & Professionalism: . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. . High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline. . Mindset & Attributes: . Results-driven with a clear record of impact in previous roles. . Proactive, structured, and comfortable owning systems end to end. . Tech-savvy, adaptable, and confident working with automation and AI tools. . What We Offer .
