Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, addressing ongoing issues and providing solutions that improve platform performance.. . Identify client pain points and recommend or implement technology solutions, including bespoke or third-party integrations.. . Conduct root cause analysis for systemic issues and follow through to resolution.. . Collaborate with internal engineering, cloud architects, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.. . Document client requests and suggest potential product or platform enhancements.. . Adapt technology solutions to meet client-specific business requirements.. . Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.. . . 3–4 years of experience in a client-facing technology role and 5–10 years in systems engineering.. . Strong multidisciplinary IT infrastructure background, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Online.. . Proficiency with public cloud platforms, especially Office 365 and Azure.. . Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.. . Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to varying audiences.. .
