Source and qualify leads based on clear criteria . . Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn and email . . Schedule discovery calls and free audits for the sales team . . Manage and update the sales funnel on a daily basis . . Collaborate with leadership on scripts and outreach improvements . . Maintain accurate records and report progress to your supervisor . . Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets . . Requirements. . Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting or online sales . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . . Familiarity with funnel management and CRM systems . . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail . . Consultative, value-driven approach to outreach . . Comfortable working 9–5 PM EST (remote, full-time) . . At least B2-level conversational English . .
