This role ensures smooth operations and timely turnaround of quotes to clients.. Key Responsibilities. Enter data and project details gathered from site visits into company software.. Assist in preparing and formatting quotes based on plans and specifications provided.. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all information entered into the system.. Maintain organized digital records of quotes and related project files.. Liaise with the team to clarify details or follow up on missing information when needed.. Perform basic administrative tasks to support daily business operations.. Required Skills and Qualifications:. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation..
