Provide exceptional customer support via chats, and emails. . Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for payment systems. . Monitor transaction activities and dashboards to identify and resolve issues promptly. . Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with payment systems. . Collaborate with banks and acquirers to proactively oversee their processing capabilities and escalate concerns when necessary. . Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. . Securely work with customers’ sensitive information. . Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services. . What you need to succeed in this role:. . Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written). . Technical support experience is a must. . 1–2 years of experience in Fintech is a must. . Troubleshooting skills. . Positive and responsible attitude. . Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload). . Will be a great plus:.
