Their team works closely with clients to ensure every submission meets IRCC and ESDC standards while delivering an efficient, transparent, and professional immigration experience.. Key Responsibilities. Collect and review client documents for completeness and accuracy. . Prepare and complete . immigration application forms and supporting letters. . . Submit applications through IRCC and ESDC online portals. in compliance with government requirements. . Communicate with clients to gather information, clarify details, and provide case updates. . Follow up with clients for missing or updated documents. . Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files. . Track application progress, deadlines, and submission statuses. . Assist RCICs and Case Managers with file reviews and submissions. . Liaise with government agencies such as . IRCC, ESDC, and PNP offices. when required. . Draft cover letters, submission letters, and supporting documentation. . Ensure all applications meet . IRCC and ESDC standards and guidelines. . . Update case management systems and internal trackers regularly. . Maintain confidentiality and protect client data at all times. . Provide administrative support, including scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping. . Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, forms, and procedures.. 1–3 years of experience as an . Administrative Assistant, Immigration Clerk, or Virtual Assistant. . . Prior experience with . Canadian immigration applications. is a strong advantage. .
