Customer Communication & Call Handling. Answer inbound customer calls professionally. Provide service information and assist customers with scheduling. Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment updates or delays. 2. Appointment Scheduling. Schedule service calls and inspections based on customer needs. Coordinate technician availability and job urgency. Maintain organized daily schedules for field technicians. 3. Dispatch Coordination. Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, and priority. Monitor job progress throughout the day. Adjust schedules and routing when changes occur. 4. Technician & Customer Communication. Provide technicians with job details and schedule updates. Communicate schedule changes or delays to customers. Support coordination between field technicians and office operations. 5. CRM & Dispatch System Management. Manage job flow and technician calendars within dispatch software. Maintain accurate customer and job records. Update job statuses and customer communication notes. Requirements. 1. Customer Call Handling Experience. Minimum . 2 years of experience handling inbound customer calls in a professional service environment.. 2. Scheduling or Dispatch Experience. At least . 2 years of experience scheduling service appointments or coordinating technician dispatch operations.. 3. Dispatch Software or CRM Experience. Minimum . 2 years of experience using dispatch software or CRM systems to manage service appointments, job status updates, and technician schedules.. 4. High-Volume Scheduling Experience. Experience coordinating . 15 or more service appointments or technician jobs per day. within a scheduling or dispatch role.. 5. Operational Coordination Experience.
