Develop strategic hiring plans in partnership with Go-To-Market leaders, aligning recruitment with business needs.. . Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.. . Design and execute outreach campaigns across job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.. . Build a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and relationship-building.. . Collaborate with external recruiters as needed while maintaining organized tracking of pipelines and applicants.. . Promote the mission and culture of the organization to attract purpose-driven talent.. . Continuously explore and implement creative recruitment strategies to expand reach and engagement.. . . 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within an agency or high-growth startup environment.. . Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates in a fast-paced setting.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and empathetic approach.. . Ability to manage multiple open roles, timelines, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail.. .
