Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates.. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.. Must have experience hiring for Physicians (MD), Pediatricians and behavioral-health. Proven experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and hiring practices.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.. Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.. Willingness to work US hours Monday to Friday..
