We’re hiring an Influencer Marketer to partner with our client, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer Korean skincare brand focused on Western men with strong presence across DTC, Amazon, and retail. This role owns and scales the influencer marketing program while managing social media engagement and UGC content coordination.. Accountability. As an Influencer Marketer, your success will be measured by your ability to execute and scale influencer partnerships, engage social communities authentically, and deliver polished user-generated content that supports brand growth. . Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships. . Source, vet, and onboard relevant influencers and creators, with a focus on male and skincare-savvy voices.. . Maintain and grow relationships with influencers, makeup artists, and celebrity stylists.. . Manage campaigns end-to-end — create briefs, handle gifting or affiliate terms, and track performance.. . Build scalable outreach, communication, and reporting processes.. . . Social Media Management & Engagement. . Engage actively with the brand community on Instagram and TikTok through comments, shares, and creator nurturing.. . Embody the brand’s tone of voice consistently across all content and communication.. . Monitor social trends and identify organic engagement opportunities.. . Content Coordination & Lighting Editing. . Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to plan and schedule content shoots.. . Edit UGC using tools like CapCut and Canva — adding text, sound, music, and transitions to polish posts.. . Support founder-led content creation with ideation, calendar management, and editing.. . Strategy & Campaign Development. . Audit past influencer campaigns to identify successes and areas for improvement.. . Propose and implement optimized campaign structures, performance tracking, and repeatable playbooks.. . Align organic influencer efforts with paid campaign priorities alongside agency partners and internal teams.. . Colleagues.
