Accountabilities:. . Lead business development efforts by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client relationships across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostic, health IT, and investment sectors.. . Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while driving revenue growth.. . Execute full-cycle executive searches for senior leadership roles (VP, C-level), ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.. . Guide, mentor, and manage a recruitment team to uphold quality and consistency in service delivery.. . Set and achieve personal and team revenue goals; contribute directly to annual business targets.. .
