Partner with customer technical teams to assess infrastructure and provide expert guidance on product architecture and deployment.. . Lead technical success planning for key accounts, ensuring product adoption aligns with customer goals and infrastructure capabilities.. . Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Sales, Product, and Support teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration.. . Identify and escalate technical risks or challenges early to support proactive problem-solving and customer satisfaction.. . Continuously improve team processes to enhance productivity, focus, and work-life balance.. . Influence product direction by providing customer-driven feedback to product management and engineering teams.. .
