We are looking for a Broker Support Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative and data entry support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and assisting brokers with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude that fits well within our team culture.. Key Responsibilities:. . Handle administrative tasks related to mortgage and loan processing.. . Accurately input and manage client and loan application data.. . Liaise with lenders, brokers, and clients to obtain and verify necessary documentation.. . Maintain and update client records within the CRM system.. . Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and agreements.. . Perform compliance checks and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.. . Provide general support to brokers, including calendar management and email correspondence.. . Contribute to process improvements and help streamline workflows.. . . Previous experience in broker support, mortgage processing, or financial services is required. . Preferably based in Bacolod who are comfortable with the hybrid arrangement.. . . Strong administrative and data entry skills with high accuracy.. . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.. . Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).. . Ability to work independently while being a team player.. .
