Engagement Manager at Predoc. We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused . Engagement Manager. to own the full lifecycle of customer success. Partnering closely with our Account Executives, you’ll collaborate to ensure pilots run smoothly, implementations are efficient, onboarding is seamless, and long-term relationships grow into meaningful expansions. This role is equal parts project manager, consultant, and trusted advisor helping customers achieve tangible ROI while driving growth.. Core Responsibilities. . . Pilot Ownership:. Collaborate with Account Executives to scope and execute customer pilots. Define success criteria, track progress, and deliver results that lead to full adoption. . . . Implementation & Onboarding:. Lead end-to-end implementation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure workflows, integrations, and training are delivered on time. . . . Customer Success Management:. Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact, driving adoption and satisfaction across all customer stakeholders. . . . Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs):. Regularly meet with customers to review performance metrics, identify areas of value realization, and align on evolving goals. . . . Expansion & Growth:. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth. . . . Customer Advocacy:. Build deep customer relationships that translate into testimonials, case studies, and satisfaction, high-trust customers. . . . Internal Collaboration:. Work closely with the go-to-market team to proactively identify and surface customer needs.. . . 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Engagement Management for health information management, or healthcare SAAS companies.. . Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple customer launches and stakeholders simultaneously.. . Experience being the first-in-seat on a team; testing and building playbooks. . Experience in upselling, cross-selling, contracting, and navigating vendor review processes. . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach.. . Data-driven mindset—able to present ROI, metrics, and operational outcomes clearly to customers.. . Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments; proactive and solutions-oriented.. .
