Perform data entry and validation within broker portals. . . Monitor and verify the completion of system-generated billing runs. . . Ensure data accuracy and completeness in coordination with other billing staff. . . Utilize Excel to track, manage, and reconcile data. . . Prebilling . . Monitor and manage billing runs that occur after regular business hours and on weekends. . . Verify successful completion of these runs and take corrective action if necessary. . . Coordinate with the billing team to ensure timely processing and issue resolution. . . . At least 6 months BPO experience in any healthcare campaign. . Data entry experience is an advantage. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. . Excellent verbal and written English skills. . Willing to work in Mandaluyong. .
