Graduate Chemical Engineer. , you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of chemical manufacturing, plant operations, safety procedures, and quality control. You’ll also be exposed to industry best practices and given the tools to grow your professional expertise in chemical engineering.. Key Responsibilities:. . Assist senior engineers in designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes in production or lab environments. . . Support process control and troubleshooting activities during manufacturing or pilot-scale trials. . . Conduct lab-scale testing and contribute to research & development initiatives. . . Analyze data from experiments or production lines to identify opportunities for efficiency and safety improvements. . . Prepare technical documentation, process reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance departments. . . Monitor adherence to environmental and safety regulations during chemical handling and processing. . . Participate in internal audits, safety drills, and compliance training sessions. . . Stay up to date with the latest chemical engineering trends and technologies applicable to the field. . . Required Qualifications & Skills:. . Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in . Chemical Engineering. or equivalent from a recognized university. . . Strong understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals such as mass and heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and reaction engineering. . . Basic familiarity with chemical process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) is a plus but not mandatory. . . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . . Good communication and interpersonal abilities. . . Eagerness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings. . . Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. . . Willingness to work in plant operations, shifts (if required), and industrial settings. . .
